In Quito, Cultural Heritage of the Humanity, capital of the Ecuadorian Republic, at 20 minutes far by terrestrial roads we have Guayllabamba valley in 2000m over the sea level. Its annual average temperature of 22 Centigrade degrees, allow it having a warm dry weather and being an ideal place to build the International Center for the elder people.

The project has four fundamental stages of national and international social jointly action.

1.- Acquisition of 15 hectares of fields.

2.- Building the total multifaceted physic area and the conservation of the ecological surrounded.

3.- Technological and professional global equipment in order to attend to 300 resident elder people, 100 semi-internals elder people and 100 brigades of house social attention.

4.- Classify, educate and improve the administrative, technical and professional multifaceted staff.

The project Golden Years 2000 do not count with the government support, only will have the support of the institutions and private persons, with the mechanism of the Universal Solidarity Crosswise of one dollar in favour of the elder people, under parameters of seriousness and moral integrity.
It will be conformed the Committee of Professional and Technical Administrative Vigilance with people of high sense of altruism, capacity and moral integrity, conformed by national and international citizens.
